Enrollment Information

We are excited to welcome your family to Almacita School community! We offer a rolling admissions process, accepting applications throughout the year. However, spaces are limited, so we can encourage you to apply early!

Schedule School Visit

We highly recommend scheduling a visit to our school to experience the Almacita environment firsthand. During the visit, you will have the opportunity to meet our teachers, tour our facilities, and learn more about our programs.

Registration Payment

You’ll receive an admission fee invoice in which you are required to make a payment withing 3 (three) days

Submit Application

Complete the online application form and submit it along with the required documents, including:

  • Child’s birth certificate
  • Parent/guardian identification
  • Recent passport-sized photos.
Student Observation

There will be a preliminary assessment conducted to determine the student’s readiness for the program.

Interview

You will be invited to attend an interview session with the principal to discuss the students’ learning needs and how Almacita can support their development.

Student Acceptance

You will receive an acceptance notification sent to your email notifying whether the admission process has been successful or not.

Letter of Offer

If the admission process is successful, you will receive a letter of offer, including the fee structure and payment schedule. Failure to meet the payment deadlines as outlined in the letter may result in the withdrawal of the offer of admission.
